I was part of a group that consisted of hardworking people; the team members Leo (team leader), Timber, Wayne and I knew what our individual responsibilities were. We continued the process from our previous SFX project which was about a school boy named TOM.
THE SCRIPTFor our first project, I developed a slide-show for a storyboard instead of an actual scene-by-scene put on paper; I decided to write out a script the team could work with. Since my team members had a rough idea of what the story was about, writing a script was the next step. The script was to describe the conversation between the character TOM and his alter ego (DEMON).

The dialogue in the script explains the outpour of the character’s emotions; his anger, his depression and his state of mind. With reference to Andrew (course tutor), we decided to use an actor to play TOM; the demon was to be designed in Maya and composited into the live action scene.
THE ANIMATIC
I made the animatic using flash CS4; the animatic is 18seconds long and consists of 11shots and 5scenes; it took me a week to complete the animatic.
I made the animatic with the script in mind, trying to picture the conversation between the demon and the TOM.
